Author Guidelines

GUIDELINE FOR PREPARING PAPERS
• All articles must be written in English. Both UK and US spelling and terminologies are acceptable. Authors must however stick to one throughout the paper.    Mixture of both is not acceptable.
• Articles submitted must be original and must NOT have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Papers should be in Word Doc, Times New Roman, Font size 12 and double-line spacing.
• Paper should not exceed 10, 000 words including Abstract, Table, Figures and References, but excluding the separate title page.
• The Abstract should be brief and concise and NOT more than 250 Words. Abstract should, in not more than one paragraph, state the major aspects of the entire paper; the objective/purpose/problem of study, methods used in the investigation, method of analysis of data, major findings and major recommendations.
• The recommendations must be derived from the findings. Three to five keywords are to be provided immediately below the abstract.
• The paper title and the abstract must be on a separate title page. Names of the authors, their correspondence/email addresses and institutional affiliations must be included in the title page.
• Body of the paper must start with the title and abstract without identities of the authors. Identities of the authors must not be detectable in any form in all other pages, except in the separate title page.
• Tables and Figures should be appropriately captioned and numbered sequentially and placed in their exact places they are to appear in the paper. Figures should ideally be black and white, not colour. Figures in colour will appear in colour only in the online version and in black and white in the printed version.
• Tables and figures with their captions may be in Times New Roman font size 9 and in single-line spacing. To prevent tables and figures from being disfigured during publication, authors are advised to convert them to jpeg, copy and paste in the appropriate place. Do not break table or figure. Take the whole table or figure to next page instead.
• Please avoid as much as possible the use of footnotes and endnotes in the manuscript.
• Citations and References should comply strictly with the latest APA style. It is imperative to ensure that all works cited in the text are included in the References section.
• Full reference should include all authors" names and initials, date of publication, title of article, title of publication (italics), volume and issue number (of a journal), publisher and form (books, conference proceedings) and page numbers.

RULES ON CO-AUTHORSHIP
The corresponding author is recognised as the lead author. He/She must ensure that only those who have made a significant contribution to the paper are listed as co-authors.  Others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the work can only be acknowledged as contributors, not as co-authors. It is the duty of the lead/corresponding author to ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper. All co-authors must approve the final version of the paper and agree to the version of the paper before submission. Under certain circumstances, areas and percentage of contributions of co-authors may be requested from the lead/corresponding author.
